Frequently asked questions

How long is a certification valid?

Most certifications we issue are valid for two years. We recommend a brief annual refresher to keep response times crisp and knowledge current.

What do you require for on-site training?

A safe practice area, permission for alarms or a silent drill, and access to extinguishers or training units. We handle scenario design and bring materials when needed.

Are online courses live or self-paced?

Both. Our live-online sessions include interactive drills; microcourses are self-paced with short assessments and downloadable checklists.

How do renewals work?

We send reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry. You can renew via a short assessment or attend a condensed refresher workshop.

What billing options are available?

We support credit card, ACH, and invoicing for approved organizations. Volume pricing is available for groups of 25 or more.

Do you provide accessibility accommodations?

Yes. Captioned sessions, materials with high-contrast and screen-reader support, and alternative assessment formats are available on request.

What group sizes do you support?

Workshops run best at 8–20 participants per instructor. Larger groups can be split into stations to preserve hands-on time.

Do you issue digital certificates?

Yes. Certificates are issued digitally with unique IDs for verification. Paper copies are available on request.

Can you customize scenarios for our facility?

Absolutely. We adapt drills to your floor plans, equipment locations, and incident history to improve realism and confidence.
