Enrollment & Access
Upon purchase, you receive a license for your organization or individual use as specified. We may update course content to reflect standards or improve clarity.
Payments & Billing
Prices are shown in USD unless specified. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge the agreed amounts, including applicable taxes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations with at least five business days’ notice receive a full refund. Short-notice changes may incur fees to cover instructor scheduling and venue costs.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or infringe intellectual property rights. We may suspend access for violations.
Disclaimers
Training improves preparedness but does not guarantee specific outcomes in emergencies. Real-world conditions vary; always follow local laws and actual incident commands.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
